Most frequent questions

I think it is important to publish various questions that I have been asked frequently and whose answers come from the experience of the thousands of people who have taken the preparation that has come from my formula Recuperat-ion.

A)    About Recuperation

B)      About Fibromyalgia

About Recuperation

A1 Is it a medicine?

No it is not a medicine it is a nutricional food suplement aimed at people with high muscular wear/ sportsmen/women.

It is considered completely innocuos, due to the quantity of elements it contains it cannot cause side effects.

A2 Can it raise ones tension?

The quantity of sodium and potassium it contains is very small. But I advise you to go to the website of the laboratory and look at the paragraph called safety and efficiency you will find the food equivalent of each of the ions that it contains.

When in doubt it is better to consult with your doctor, take the prospect with the exact composition and ask his opinion and advise on wether you are able to take the formula.

A3 Is it possible to give it to children

To avoid auto- medication it is advisable to consult with your pediatrician on the suitability of giving a small child mineral contributions. If muscular fatigue exists or pain it is very probable that your doctor would recommend it.

A4 How long should one take the recuperation

If I have learnt anything over the years, that is, every person is a world unto himself, while some people notice an improvement  within the first months of taking it others, on the other hand, take a lot longer

I always say that if you are not prepared to take this for six months or even a year it is better not to begin. The preparation acts slowly and needs to allow time for the organisms( organisation) to take over recovery.

In my personal case I took it for 14 months without interruption and and was not able to stop without deterioration setting in, It has now been two years since I last took recuperation.

A5 Which flavours should I take

If the problem which invalidates is pain and muscular contraction I believe that the orange flavours is the most indicated since it contributes more ions

On the other hand if the muscular fatigue and depletion is worse, or the worst thing, the lemon contributes glucose and fructose that assures that a great quantity of energy gets to the muscles apart from the ions that it reaches, as it contains glucose diabetics would have to be controlled on taking it.

The third type of recuperation is a saline flavour specially designed for homeopathic and naturalists it contributes neither colouring or flavour, it is perhaps advisable to mix it with some fruit juice to improve it’s flavour.

A6 What dosis is advisable

After my experience with so many people I advise you to take two sachets a day initially,  ideally mixed with an entire glass of water.

The first one in the morning when you begin your day, it is the same if you drink it before breakfast or not.

    The second at night

Never the less the more water you drink a day the better, water is very good for your muscles and you could always mix the two sachets in a litre of water and drink the preparation throughout the day.

A7 where can we find Recuperat-ion

In Spain now for over three years you can find it in any Chemist without any problem, should they not have it in existence as it has a national code, so by calling any wholesaler they will recieve it within hours.

Since it came out on the market there have been no limitations it is has never been withdrawn from market for any reason and the supply has been uninterrupted, however prices can vary from Chemist to Chemist as in Spain there is no law regulating the prices on this sort of article, which is considered food.

Normally when there is an association involved it is possible to bring pressure and obtain better prices.

A8 Can Recuperation worsen your symptoms

The immense majority of people start noticing a decrease of their symptoms as time passes.

Nevertheless, it is possible that there exists a hernia or hiatus or some intolerance to the flavours, light stomach inconveniences. The normal course is to change the flavour or ultimately take the saline solution.

Some people just before beginning improvement notice a few light irritations, quakes, spasms, normally directly in the area where he/she is experimenting improval of the pain, this is totally normal and will stop within two or three days. All this is due to the muscle re-activating.

B About Fibromyalgia

B1 Is Fibromyalgia a recognised disease???

Yes fibromyalgia is:  Fibromylagia is a recognised DISEASE  by the WHO in 1992 and classified under the ICD-10 ( International Classification of Disease) with the code M-709.

Copenhagens definition of 1993 says: Fibromaylgia is a painful widespread condition not articulated, that concerns predominantly the muscular zones and presents an exagerated sensibility in multiple predefined points.

Fibromyalgia has been recognised since 1994 in the International Association for the study for pain (IASP) and is classified with the code x33 x8a.

B2  Can it be the cause of invalidity

The answers is yes: I personally  was granted through the adminstrative route due to my work ( no court cases or hearings) permanent and absolute disability (100%) and a minusvalia of 75% with third party help and a baremo of immobility. All of this in the year 1999.

Certainly I was not the first person. In spain I have known many cases who have some type of recognised disability due to Fibromylagia. Most people have gained certificates of disabilty, through a hearing or minor court cases.

Nevertheless it is vital to arrive at the medical courts with sufficient documentation that explains the limitaciones that we have, just a diagnosis of fibromylagia is not sufficient.

You must insist that your Dr’s include in their reports your physical limitaciones.

B3  Which specialities should treat FM and SFC?

In Spain ( for the moment) Fibromyalgia is treated by Rheumatologists and Chronic Fatigue Sindrome by Internal Medicine.

B4  Are Chronic Fatigue Sindrome and Fibromyalgia the same thing?

Though they are classified as different ailments, In my modest opinion the symptons are practically the same and they might answer to the same inbalance, it is at this point that there are diverse theories and studies being carried out. Nevertheless the fact that there are two specialities treating them and that these do not intercommunicate does not help in demonstrating or (proving)this point.

B5 Can one confuse Fibromyalgia with other pathologies?

It certainly can: so ones first criteria should be to discart any other ailments that migh generate the same symptons as Fibromyalgia.

When all the other possibilities have been discarded, there are about 11 to 18 different pressure points in the body that when pressed cause pain an that is how they diagnose fibromyalgia .

Even so I cannot emphasize how important the many tests that should be run on a patient with possible fibromyalgia which are not carried out and  would explain not fibromyalgia but some other important pathology which could explain the symptoms (and much to my frustracion)  could be treated and maybe recovered from.

Here are some of the tests that they should run which are very important and that are not normally done.

According to many specialists, 40% of the patients diagnosed as fibromylagia are actually another still not studied disease. Therefore the confirmation of the diagnosis is fundamental on the part of one or more Rheumatologists. There are many diseases that in the beginning can produce the same symptoms as Fibromyalgia e.g. (Sclerosis and Leukemia)  there are other diseases and alterations which are with almost complete certainty not analised in  fibromyalgic patients.  These are the names of the ailments Rheumatic Arthritis, Lupus Eritematosa Systemic, Sjoergen’s Syndrome, Subclinical deificiency of Vitamin D with  Secondary Hyperparathyroidism, Miopathic Hypothryoid, Sindrome of  Antifosfolipidos Antibodies, Antipolymers Antibodies, Arthrosis from bad ergonomic conditions at work or in their lives, Multiskeletal Contractions due to mental stress,  Osteopenia for anovulaction or a deficit Luteinic phase, Miopathias derive from viral diseases(SFC) Syndrome of affectation neuromuscular  and Miopathias Mitocondrial due to chemical substances, and chronic fatigue due to Anemia or Iron deficiency, Osteoporosis, Rheumatic Polimialgia and temporary Athritis, Autoimmune Mellitus Diabetes, Adrenal diseases autoimmune and Esclerodermia, apart from poisoning from heavy metals of any type e.g. Mercury etc etc and then on the other hand apparently all endocrinological diseases can affect and cause pain in the muscles.

It is of vital importance that the patient discard all of these Pathologies above mentioned before  we can talk about having the same illness as I had (Fibromyalgia) Most of the above mentioned  alterations are treatable or possible to live with.
