I
would like to attach some of the certificates
that demonstrate how affected I was and my posterior treatment, I
have many more, but I beleive these are the most representative,
Like wise I have more than 200 certificates of emergencies unit with
a fibromyalgia diagnosis.
My process has been the following one:
The first diagnosis was of Espondilitis
Anquilosante and Fibromyalgia. Little by little the espondilitis was
discarded and they granted me permanent and absolute disability for
Rheumatic Fibromyalgia and minusvalia of 75% with a Baremo of
mobility and third person help for basic needs.
When my health improved and I renounced
absolute disability, I was then moved from total disability to
Unaffected.
I asked for a certificate on what
my actual medical situation was, I have been given a certificate
which says I no longer have a pension for invalidity as I am cured.
From this day onwards I can legally say that I am cured.
